CEPI Presentation: Disease X Program by Ann-Muriel Steff

Ann-Muriel Steff from CEPI will be visiting Copenhagen, from Quebec. Thus, we have arranged for her to give a presentation to ISIM about the CEPI organization and more especially about the Disease X program, as she is the program leader.

Brief background:

Ann-Muriel has been working for 11 years at GSK has a director for Vaccine delivery and head of preclinical R&D. She is currently employed at CEPI (Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations) an organization working to accelerate the development of vaccines and other biologic countermeasures against epidemic and pandemic threats. The disease X program is focusing on preparing for the potential next outbreak caused by a potentially unknown disease “disease X”.
