Human Immunology: T-Cell Culture, inflammation, immune regulation, antigen Presentation, macrophage and dendritic cells differentiation. General microbiology, interaction between microbes and the immune system, mucosal immunity, gut microbiome. Cancer development and immunotherapy. 

Technical skills

Molecular biology(DNA/RNA isolation, qPCRs, protein isolation, Western-blot, ELISA and Elispot assays); Cellular Biology(CD8 killing assay, LDH cytotoxicity assay, proliferation assay, cell culture experience (primary cells and cancer cell lines). PBMCs isolationvia ficoll gradient, primary cells isolation from PBMCs, dendritic cells and macrophage differentiation, co-culture of human DC - T cells. Advanced user of flow cytometry(BD machines used: Canto, LSR, Fortessa 3 and 5 lasers). Data analysis by basic statistical methods.

Computer skills

Macintosh, Microsoft, Office, GraphPad Prism, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flowjo and DIVA softwares for flow cytometry data.
