Theme: The Immune Response, Inflammation and Repair
The Graduate School of Immunology at University of Copenhagen has its Annual Meeting in Immunology and Infectious Diseases at LO Skolen 7 - 9 October 2024. This year’s theme is The Immune Response, Inflammation and Repair.
The Immune System is our biological defense system which protect us from external and internal dangers. A number of factors can affect the inflammatory response such as genes, microbiota and aging. This can cause detrimental effects if there is a compromised ability regeneration and repair. The course aim to deal with and explain these challenges.
7 - 9 October 2024
The Annual Meeting in Immunology and Infectious Diseases invites all PhD students in the GSI program to join an intense three-day learning experience with interaction and feedback from leading experts. Supervisors for the students are also welcome, but we have a limited number of seats for you.
The Annual Meeting targets PhD students and postdoctoral researchers. Participants will be selected based on applications containing a short abstract (250 words) and CV to ensure representation of a variety of relevant research themes.
The registration deadline for the Annual Meeting is 29 August 2024, but you need to secure a spot on the PhD course first.
Participation is free of charge and will include accommodation, meals and refreshments for the duration of the meeting. Participants must cover own travel and insurance expenses.
The Annual Meeting in Immunology and Infectious Diseases will be held at the beautiful situated Konventum in Elsinore.
